"Let me preface by saying that I had stayed at 3 different hotels in Chile before arriving into Courtyard. By far, the most complicated and shady placed I stayed in. Taxes: upon arrival I was charged taxes (again) even though I showed that in my receipt the taxes had already been paid off. "A beautful small castle with bespoke charm. You really experienced all the trappings of its heritage. Absoultely gorgeous! A fantastic location set amoungst a huge range of eclectic cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the funicular and cable car entrance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Loveliest hotel I've stayed in for a long time. So different to the standard formula hotels. A once in a lifetime experience . 👍🙂"

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are modern and spacious, and the shower is great! The breakfast buffet is very good. The gym is very tiny, so if there are 3 people is already at full capacity. The location is absolutely amazing, next to the mall where you can find anything, a pharmacy and a small grocery store to buy things, and all the nicest shops. Also, many restaurant options in the area. My only comment will be on the staff. They are very polite, but they lack customer service...
