The hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are modern and spacious, and the shower is great! The breakfast buffet is very good. The gym is very tiny, so if there are 3 people is already at full capacity. The location is absolutely amazing, next to the mall where you can find anything, a pharmacy and a small grocery store to buy things, and all the nicest shops. Also, many restaurant options in the area. My only comment will be on the staff. They are very polite, but they lack customer service experience. They don't really make you feel welcome. During breakfast, the restaurant staff make you feel a bit like they are doing you a favour. Not everyone; there are a few exceptions, but very few. The reception staff, although polite, was also very serious, not friendly or attentive. I will suggest a bit more training on how to treat guests and make them feel welcome. One more thing, the wifi works only on the 3rd floor. I have stayed here already 6 times in the past year and a half, because I think the property and location are really good, but the internet only works on the 3rd floor, so I recommend asking for a 3rd-floor room if you are going for work, like me, and need to be connected.
