"MISLEADING LISTING: ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. Zero stars. This property is currently undergoing major renovations that were NOT disclosed during booking. We were forced to live in a construction zone for 3 days with constant hammering, drilling, and dust coating everything in the room. It was uninhabitable and a health hazard. Expedia support was useless—they offered a pathetic $50 credit for a ruined vacation and promised a follow-up that never happened. Do not book here unless you want to sleep in a dusty construction site."

The hotel's location was perfect, close to the lake and Mall Road, which made it really easy to visit all the main places without too much travel. Overall - great value for money and a relaxing, stress-free stay."
