"Overall the hotel was beautiful and certainly kept clean. Bedding and towels were great quality and it was well looked after. There was always space on a lounger and the beach towels were a great size.
The thing that let it down slightly was there was no service for drinks at the pools, you had to get up and order. This was especially annoying at the beach bar as there wasn’t really anywhere to wait and it often felt like you were in the way. It was also disappointing that the beach bar didn’t...

Also features great in-house amenities- numerous pools, including an indoor one; activity court - for tennis, basketball, etc. ; spa; restaurants; musical entertainment; kids club, etc. The only negative are the rooms - low quality mattress, bedding, towels, bathroom set up (see thru doors!)."

Nous avons dû changer de chambre après notre première nuit, mais malheureusement, la situation ne s’est pas vraiment améliorée. La climatisation ne fonctionnait toujours pas, le jet de douche était brisé au point où ma copine devait le tenir pendant que je me lavais, les draps sentaient le renfermé et nous avons même retrouvé des fourmis dans notre lit."
