"Alles rundum phantastisch. Personal, Essen Objekt, Freundlichkeit…verdient alles Bestnote. Aber der Reinigungsdienst der Zimmer war absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. An keinem einzigen Tag wurde das Zimmer ordentlich geputzt. Der Zimmerservice verdient nur ein absolutes Mangelhaft. Nicht mal einen halben Punkt wert.
Sehr sehr schade, da das Hotel und auch alles andere rundherum wirklich tadellos war. "

"Great breakfast, great location (10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk from a bus that goes directly into town). Staff is helpful. The room is good, not great: clean, but needs maintenance (our shower was not working and had only a minor improvement after the technician came by; we were not offered another room) and could use amenities that are offered in other hotels (e.g. a coffee maker). Overall we would return."
