"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. "Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few steps from Cala Esmeralda. We stayed in a room with a pool view, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good, especially the shower and walk-in shower area. However, the towels could be better—they felt somewhat low quality for the standard of the hotel. The hotel has two pools, and both are excellent. The indoor and main hotel pool areas were very good and never felt like a problem. The only negative point was the beach club pool, which was consistently very crowded during the days we stayed. The beach club opens at 10:00 a.m. The gym is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is a great feature. The hotel’s decoration and overall design are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. The spa and sauna area is also wonderful and adds a lot to the overall experience. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with excellent facilities, great design, a very good breakfast, and spacious rooms. The crowded beach club pool and the quality of the towels are the main areas that could be improved."

"Starting with hotel in general , its 4 star and lives up to 4 star. Clean, well maintained, polite and professional staff. Great food! breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are excellent. If you like cake you will love this hotel :-) Very close the beach and the town centre. Car rental place right next door very convenient. The only downside was the standard of the room cleaners. With a 4 star hotel the expectation for a room clean is high, floors mopped,hoovering, dusting. we found we had to ask the reception twice to get our room done as expected. When it was done it was done well, but we shouldnt have to ask. That aside this was a nice stay and we would come again."

"The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes. The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria. Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies. All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area."
