"Good rooms with good beds, good size. Good Front desk service (Especially Kary) service in general is good. Good Spa! But the gym is horrible unclean, super small, a sauna and a joke that should not exist. The pool is small and currently in reconstruction. Breakfast is just ok!"

"Pool was is closed for a whole month . No where in the website shows this . And to top it off they charged a fee for my stay, after showing them all the proof from Colombia immigration documents ; they still charged me over $600,00 pesos Terrible customer service!"

"My stay there was great, the location is amazing, and so are the people. Literally my only problem is that the WiFi kept crashing and was not very good, other than that I would definitely stay again if the WiFi was better"

"Avoid like the plague!!! I was denied the check in because they state that are not working with hotels.com and demanded £140 for 2 nights. we founded ourselves in the position to find another extortionate hotel in the carnaval period. The hotel is a favela guarded by an armed security."
