"Nice location. Free parking within walking distance to downtown. "

"The rooftop bar was never open during our stay, which was disappointing. The room was big, though the bathroom opened right into the bed area with only a separation for the toilet/shower which made use of the sink area a disturbance if someone was already in bed. Low water pressure, but bearable. It is a historic building so lots of creaks and odd sounds especially at night. The lobby doors stay locked 24/7 and parking is valet only, which we suspected may be due to some security concerns downtown. However, the hotel is in a great spot, close to Beale and other tourist spots which made it easy to walk to many places. Also found a Walgreens within a block that was very useful to grab last minute items or snacks. Breakfast from the hotel was ok but we saw lots of people take advantage of the in-lobby Starbucks for their morning coffee fix. The pillows were pretty flat so if you have sleep concerns you might want to bring your own."

"Great Location! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I rated the physical condition of the property very good instead of excellent because there were some big stains on the hallway carpet on the second floor and the trim was coming off the bathroom barn door. Also, I found a capsule on a chair that the previous housekeeper had missed. All in all I had a good stay and would come back."

"Room was clean and spacious. Well appointed and comfortable. Air conditioning doesn’t work well. Despite setting the thermometer low we couldn’t get the room below 74. Makes for a tougher sleep when it’s so hot in the room. Breakfast was prebooked, Sunday was a pitiful buffet. Monday was grab and go and limited. Was not properly explained at booking. Overall a well located property. I’d stay here again. "

"I love this hotel. The omelettes at the restaurant are amazing - best I’ve ever had. Staff is professional and friendly. Beds are heavenly. Highly recommend. "

"The room was clean and well supplied. The property appears to be in a not very friendly neighborhood. The entire property is fenced and you need your key to enter the property every time. Has big signs explaining they are not responsible for damages or lost property in the parking lot. It is unease to fall asleep when the hotel doesn’t offer basic security for your car. I would skip this property the next time."
