"The rooms were not ready at 4 when we showed up. We were told someone would call us when it was ready but an hour later no one had called so we decided to check back in. We got to in the room and the ac had been shut off. It was 95 degrees in the room. We tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room wasn’t even. Connected. We were told maintenance would come check it out while we were gone but hours later we returned to find that nothing had been fixed so we packed up and went back down stairs to request a different room. We were told no rooms were available and offered a full refund. However when Expedia tried to get in contact with them to confirm the refund no one would answer the front desk phones. I wish it was a better experience"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and newish. My kids liked the free cookies and lemonade by the front desk, and it was super convenient for walking to a basketball game at the FedExForum. My only feedback is that the toliet in our room ran almost constantly and the pool deck was very slippery—my son fell while just walking (but was fine)."

"The hotel is in a great location, in walking distance to the historic Beale Street, Fed Ex Forum, the Civil Rights Museum, Blues Hall of Fame, and the Riverwalk just to name a few attractions. The decor has an industrial vibe and there's a huge game/lounge area on the first floor. There's also a rooftop bar and pool that we didn't get to use. Staff was very friendly and our room was updated and clean. "

"Reserved a king bed weeks in advance for wife and I , on arrival we’re stuck in a double 2 bed. Barn doors that slide for bathroom wouldn’t stay open so had to rig’ up by propping open, good shower and water pressure, nice view, nice valet gents, but staff wouldn’t help with king bed res’, neither did Expedia, which only offered a coupon sf some sort through an AI message😩, so plan is to delete app and never stay at Canopy again, but atleast the Robert Plant show was excellent!"

"We enjoyed staying at the Peabody. The room, while small, was comfortable. The onsite restaurants had good variety, the food was delicious and the customer service was great. The nightly duck march was fun (Kenan was a wonderful MC) and access to the roof top for a city view was a bonus."
