"Beautiful hotel lots of history about it and art work .Only 3min walk to central station Staff extremely friendly and helpful Room was excellent ,lovely sitting area which was Malmö’s old library with coffee machine and allowed to take coffee up to room In room you can also make tea/coffee Couldn’t fault this hotel in any way and would stay again and recommend to others"

"Many design flaws in the shower room including lights that come on with movement but cannot be turned off. Conversely when in the shower the motion sensor doesn’t work so the lights went out in the middle of a shower. Shower cubicle far too small and water leaked out of shower creating a river across the bathroom floor."

"I often need a low cost hotel just for a short overnight, but I want something safe, clean, and affordable (I am female, often travel solo, 50s). This hotel definitely fitted the bill. This trip I arrived late afternoon from Umea, and had a 4:55am train the next morning. The reception staff were super friendly, My room had everything that I needed. I could get coffee from the restaurant at 4:30am in the morning, and there was a basic packed breakfast waiting in the reception. Very close to the train station. Felt very safe."

"The staff was absolutely incredible. Every time I went to the desk and I saw them helping other people just as well. My room had a magnificent view, and the breakfast was excellent with a rooftop patio and you could see the whole entire city. The hotel is a straight walk from the Central station although my GPS took me in circles a bit. It was really a straight walk."

"Great location in city center. Helpful staff. Underground Parking is a little crazy- if your car is big- it probably won’t fit!! Breakfast buffet was ample and varied. Rooms comfortable but in typical European fashion- no or very limited air conditioning. And of course- the temps were high! We enjoyed our stay very much."
