"Very disappointed!The overall cleanliness of the room was not to standard. Specifically, the bathroom was not clean, and the shower shelf was broken and hanging loosely which posed a safety concern. I took several photographs and I sent a formal letter of complaint to the hotels management.In their response, the hotel deflected, all responsibility, explicitly stating that because the room was booked through a third-party, I must seek a resolution and refund directly through Expedia."

"Property was good staff was pleasant. Free Breakfast is appreciated but free meant it was not the best prepared. Sausages were burnt, beef parties were dry, pulled pork and scrambled eggs were too soggy. The bagels and English muffins were not fresh. The cleaning staff do an excellent job I must say in keeping the rooms and premises clean. They always smiled and initiated greetings each time I walked past them. I appreciate them."

"Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and had plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but a little limited but just enough for starting your day. Close enough to UCONN if you need a place to stay."

"Fantastic place! Super friendly staff. Smoking area on the patio which is wonderful for my cigar smoker. The renovation is beautiful. Comfy beds very clean rooms and the breakfast was delicious which was surprising for a hotel."

"Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a while, I can’t tell you the last time I checked into a hotel and it didn’t smell like tobacco or marijuana in the lobby, halls or rooms. Air conditioning was perfect and quiet. The fridge is slightly larger than the mini kind and the beds were comfortable. When I needed to book another night on short notice they made it very fast and simple. Breakfast was great too!"

"Firstly, the staff is so welcoming, accommodating and caring. I always feel like I’m at my home away from home when I need to visit the area. As always, the property and the room is clean and has what I need. But truly the staff from the front desk, groundskeeper and keeper, they are all so helpful and kind."
