Kimpton Clocktower by IHG
As always, the clock tower is very clean, the staff is unbelievable and super helpful, the hotel is stunning, the breakfast is definitely the best I’ve had in the UK, and the location is very central. We actually walked from the Piccadilly train station to the hotel, no issues.

Check in was painful with the need to scan s Qr code and fill in a form when all our details are already on the system when we booked. No tea making facilities in rooms. Staff wete great but big queues due to mobile registration. What happens if there is someone who doesn't do mobile qr codes?
