"Our stay at Arennas was great but it was made so memorable by the staff. Everyone was so personable, welcoming and the service was great. A special shoutout to Willy, Diego, Gary and Alejandro for talking such great care of us! The room was very large and the pool and beach area was perfect for lounging. The 24/7 security made us feel at ease and they even helped us when we were being overcharged by a vendor on the beach."

"Beautiful property Helpful staff Comfortable bed Music until 2am is asking a lot of the average guest. If you don’t want to participate then it’s an annoyance and assumes all guests want this, espaxillay as majority of rooms face the bar. Perhaps midnight would be a better balance for all guests. WiFi was not sufficient in the cylinder rooms - couldn’t take calls over WiFi and there isn’t another space, without music, to do this."

"There was an issue with my booking when I arrived. When the staff couldn't help me, they contacted the owner who quickly arrived from another location to help. She was able to find the issue. Due to confusion they didn't have a room available but she was very nice to help me find another hotel she took me to a number of them that I was able to look around and find one that I liked. And she took care of everything. Although I didn't stay in the place I did take a look at the amenities it's a very nice place and I highly recommend it I will definitely stay there again in the future."

"We had just finished hiking five days the Salkantay and had full intentions of just relaxing for four days and it was absolutely perfect. The view from our room was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very kind but the managers went above and beyond and make you feel at home. The food, wow the food was just exceptional. we ate every meal there and it was all so lovely. We hung out on in the beach chairs and swam by the pool each day. We would definitely come back for another visit."
