"I visited the hotel with my family (4 adults + 1 child) for a 1 night stay. The hotel room was very spacious. It felt very premium. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils. Hotel is very well located with a lot of grocery stores near by and very well linked by metro. We enjoyed our stay."

"The breakfast buffet had so many options! Laundry is convenient you turn on the tv to see if the machine is used or not I love it!"

"우에노공원 바로 앞에 있어서 교통이 편리하고 좋습니다. 케이세이우에노역이 바로 앞이라 나리타공항에서 스카이라이너 타면 45분정도면 도착합니다. 초딩 중딩 4인가족이 숙박했는데 일본보통 호텔방보다도 커서 방 1개로도 충분히 가능했습니다. 다음번에 도쿄가면 재방문 의사 있습니다. "

"This is our second stay at this hotel and loved it. Although small rooms but that is somewhat typical of Japan so to be expected. Very comfy bed and not to mention the amenities were great too. I would stay here again! Only a 3 min walk to Akihabara station. "

"The place is extremely organized. Each guest is assigned a locker for luggage. The rooms/capsules are clean, Free ramen and for breakfast you get a free curry. Toothbrush towels and robes all provided. The building is a bit older and has a faint musky smell which to be honest I didn’t notice anymore after 5 min."

"Me encanto este hotel porque esta bien ubicado. Rapido que sales del hotel tienes la estacion del tren JR al lado y también el subway. Muchos restaurantes, tiendas cerca. Estas en medio de la accion en Electric Town. Las habitaciones son aprueba de ruido. No se escucha el ruido del exterior. Tiene una silla de masaje que la usabamos todos los días. El personal es super amigable y tienen el servicio de enviar las maletas a otros hoteles o aeropuerto. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas ya que...

"Very handy location for 2 stations, big metro and JR lines. Lawson opposite the hotel but loads of shopping and eateries close by. 10min walk to Ueno park for the zoo. Room was very spacious and laundry detergent provided for the in room washing machine which is handy as we travelled with hand luggage only so needed to do wash. Would defo recommend for families. We arrived at 2pm which is too early for the 3pm check in but they were happy to hold onto our bags and were in our rooms when we did...
