"J’ai apprécié d’être en studio avec cuisinette au lieu d’un hôtel traditionnel. Près de la Promenade des Anglais. Cependant, un peu loin du coeur de Nice pour les terrasses le soir si on voulait s'y rendre après notre journée de visites. On a beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur le toit pour se reposer. Aussi, la proximité du tramway."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"The room is very clean and comfortable, staff is very nice, breakfast is available on site which is good because location is far removed from any restaurant or bakery. It’s located in a very residential area, quiet and safe but not close to much activities in the city. Another drawback is, although check in is at 3;30 there is no possibly to drop off luggage early as lobby is locked from 11:30 to 3:30."

"Great location, walking distance of the train station, restaurants, cafés, pastry shops and beach. The kitchenette was a nice bonus for keeping drinks cold and having breakfast on site. Few coffee pods and tea bags would have been appreciated. Good windows, curtains and blinds also help keep the heat out during the day. However, there are a few things to know, especially in summer. "The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. "

"Sehr unfreundlicher Ablauf beim Check in, da man kein Französisch konnte wurde einem somit die Abwicklung erschwert. Man wurde vor verschlossener Türe stehen gelassen und auch telefonisch wurde immer wieder aufgelegt. Ratsam vor 16h einzuchecken, da anscheinend da Englisch sprechende Angestellte da sind.
