What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From management to the front door team, security, and the breakfast and lunch staff, everyone was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. Their service was a real credit to them individually, and also reflective of a culture that clearly takes great pride in hospitality. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Whether it was arranging drivers or even assisting us when we needed medical help, everything was handled quickly and with genuine care, which gave us real peace of mind throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and very well furnished, and the location was ideal for getting around. We hadn’t visited Pakistan in over 20 years, and this trip was truly special. Thanks in no small part to our experience at this hotel, I know we’ll be coming back every year and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly."
