"The room was clean. I still take additional steps to ensure disinfection. The staff was quick and prompt with my check in. I arrived almost 45 minutes early and the room was ready for me. Check out was a breeze as well. My only con to this property would be to lower the nightly cost due to the residents living there and bringing down the value of the property."

"Staff was great and room was somewhat clean. But there is no point in having a kitchen there because there was nothing to use to cook your food no plates, pots or pans. And in room 302 the tv is hanging lop sided held on by only two screws out of four very sketchy you have a coffee maker but no coffee."

"The building was being evacuated when I arrived ! It was ridiculous! We had to wait a hour for check in ! It was ridiculous "

"Room smelled like mildew, people slamming hotel room doors arguing all night long got no sleep, pool area had bandage on ground next to pool also a bandage floating in the pool, also did not have enough food for breakfast, refrigerator was unplugged and in order to be able to use it we had to unplug the microwave, all electric outlets did not work . Toilet was plugged by urine would not go down and it over flowed to the rim. Was not worth the $170.00 that was paid and had to give an additional$50 for incendentales. Will never stay there ever again worst place I had ever stayed at."

"The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more lounge space on the beach."
