"Very nice place, peaceful, quiet place (looks quite new at the time of writing - May 2015). Room was clean, somebody even cared enough to add descriptions to light switches so you know which switch does what, there was a water dispenser in the living room and a movie available to watch. "Stayed a Pera One for 2 nights, perfect spot as its only 5 minutes by bike to the sunset side and just under 10 minutes to the party side! Staff were wonderful and spoke great english, very helpful and bicycles included! Staff also helped us to organsie snorkelling and suggested places to go out :) "
