"Place was nice and exciting but dated everywhere . Food at Benjarong under qualified to charge too much. Pantry breakfast was amazing. Areas behind the koi pond a bit unkempt and needs cleanup and sprucing and around the property. Water pitcher is environmentally friendly but a bit of a work for guests to walk to refill station without bothering room service every time you need a refill. Across all staff, they are ALL amazing."

"Last two years it was excellent from service staff and the room but I came in a day late and informed them about it. It wasn’t the usual happy reassuring greeting at the front desk.. It was just a job get done. Room, no slippers, no was cloth/face towel in which I was always provide in the past two years I booked in. And when I ask they don’t know what a wash cloth was. So I use hand towel to scrub myself off during shower. Anyways thank u for accommodation for the past 3 years. "

"Very near to NAIA Terminal 3. The staffs were really nice and helpful. The room that we booked was of good sized and clean. There’s loads of selection in breakfast buffet and it’s very tasty, worth the price you pay for."

"The hotel is located on a very busy road and the noise from the traffic was very bad and lasted all night long. The amenities were minimal in the room , no hand soap or hand towels and coffee cups were also not available although kettle and instant coffee was supplied. The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. No restaurant on site."
