The Housekeeper Juliet on the 6th Floor was the BEST I have had in over 45 years. The hotel staff is uniformly amazing in all aspects. Dining rooms, gyms, front desk, security, housekeeping, room service - AMAZING

WiFi is not free. Dress code not followed at executive lounge buffet there were guests that are just wearing shorts and slippers and looked like they just got out of bed but they still let them in. Most international guest were seated close to the window by the at view. Locals were accommodated at the corner of the room.

The hotel may be conveniently located close to SM MOA but the walk way connecting the mall to Conrad can be confusing and will get a normal pedestrian lost. I booked a room with a Bay View so I know that the rate would be high. Conrad claims as a high-end,luxury hotel but it is mediocre at best. The room I got had cobwebs on the corners - telling me that either it hasn't been occupied for a while and/or housekeeping did not clean the room thorougly. The floor looks rough. Designed with wood-looking vinyl, the dark scratches on the floor are visible. The mini bar and fridge did not specify if the items are free or not so I decided to leave it alone. The complimentary free breakfast buffet was disappointing. Considering the place was more than half empty, the staff did not pay attention to check on us if we needed refills for our drinks. Overall, I will not recommend this property. I had a better experience at a nearby lower-end hotel with more amenities.

Disappointment overly priced
During our stay there was loud ppl on our floor , tried to call guest svc was placed on hold ..also thy had a group convention w/c I thought was protestors was very loud in lobby (chanting ) •Rooms are older furnishings wouldn’t close/ open properly •incidental deposit was very, very high • I am a Hilton honors member -no incentive • prior to reservations was contacted w/ mgr asked for mgr on an overseas call was charged for holding almost 8 mins (I kept email & documentations) asked for her in person twice they said she was off ? IDK Didn’t ask for turndown on bedding but came to OUR room like 3 times didn’t care for cake or stuffed animal (didn’t ask for them I don’t eat sweets -my husband said it’s too dry and bland) Too many to list I was frustrated it came with breakfast but ppl were leaving it was just okay-ordered water bottled was USD theme park priced :( hotels.com offers a lot of hotel near Pasay which is exceptional & truly 5 stars I
