"Nice an close to Manitou, smaller place so not so much noise. A little older building but was remodeled in rooms. Just perfect comfort for a good nights sleep between the days outings. We were very happy with it."

I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!"

"The hotel is a great location, with in walking distance of downtown manitou. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the historic feel of the hotel. The hotel is currently under construction until 2027 so be aware of that. It’s not super disruptive but something to be aware of. Would love to come back and stay again!"

"Our room was clean but that’s about all we can say good. The furnishings are old, the laundry and ice machine are down in a creepy basement area. We also smelled marajuana several places on the property. Breakfast was okay and maintained, just needed some more protein options besides boiled eggs, as not everyone will eat those."

"Room was dirty with dead bugs( fleas bed bugs) . Bathroom sink over flowed all over the floor in the bathroom, curtains wouldnt open or close, maintenance man had to come 4 times with an hr of check in . Was lied to about pool being open and hrs of breakfast also the location of dining area . Parking lot was dimly lite with drug addicts and homeless lurking about property and in community areas . Wasnt able to locate ice machine or laundry area. "

"Very small bathroom and shower. Had many dead bugs on the sink and cobwebs all above the sink. I cleaned them off. Also smelled of weed pretty strongly upon entering. Not sure if it was the unit below or an adjacent unit, but I got used to it. Was good in a pinch. Would recommend updating carpet/furniture, and do a more thorough job of cleaning."

"I was locked out of my room with no phone and was unable to get support due to know one being on property or available."

"The cutest set up and the kindest staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better location either. You’re minutes from the Garden of Gods, Manitou downtown area (super cute) and the Manitou climb, not to mention the Cog railway to Pikes Peak!! They have a heated pool, laundry, a cool little coffee shop/ bar and they have live music and food trucks on the weekend. Highly recommend."

"Checked in got the room amd the attic is missing the door part staff was able to switch his rooms immediately."

"Our family—including my husband, parents, brother, and myself—recently stayed at Cabin 32 for a mini staycation to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the cabin was; even with our group size, we never felt crowded. The space was well-equipped and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The entire cabin area is so charming and "cute"—it really provided that authentic mountain getaway feel. A huge thank you...

"Perfect for a Couples Getaway. Very clean freshly remodeled cabins. Good for introverts with fully contactless check-in. There was a small issue with the wifi but the person that runs the place was very speedy about moving me to a new room with better signal, one of the nicest guys. 100% recommend and we shall be back."

"The property welcomed pets and the owner even came by and greeted our fur baby. Gated property made us feel safe in our little cabin. We stayed in cabin 17 and will be back again and again in the future. "
