"We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. "Loved the updated hotel; feels very clean and new! I used all the amenities - hot tub, sauna, etc. Everything was clean and relaxing. Nice to look at Pikes Peak while soaking in the hot tub! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the availability of parking if you arrive after about 7pm, but the desk staff helpfully pointed out some available spots I hadn't seen. Room was clean, quiet, cozy. "The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day."

"A very pleasant hotel that is extremely conveniently located if you’re going to the garden of the gods. It’s a value minded independent hotel but definitely on the nicer end of it. The room was quiet and the bed was clean and comfortable and served well after a long day of hiking."

"I booked this property based on reviews saying it was a 4.4 out of 5. Not even close to that. One of our rooms had an awful chemical smell so we had to get a different one. The rooms themselves appeared clean but the floors were filthy. The main areas were dirty and the breakfast underwhelming. We had to leave a day early as I had an allergic reaction to something in the room. The staff and manager were accommodating and comped the second night. I've never had an experience like that before and...

"Clean well stocked rooms. Parking is a little tight if a full lot but doable with a few extra turns. Loved my stay had no issues and remote checkin/out was perfect."

"Not many frills but great location and surprisingly quiet. Clean, fridge and air conditioning worked, and you could walk to two good dinner restaurants and Mo’s great breakfast diner. Shuttle to the more touristy area and cog railway is right down the block at daze inn. Recommend !"

"The property welcomed pets and the owner even came by and greeted our fur baby. Gated property made us feel safe in our little cabin. We stayed in cabin 17 and will be back again and again in the future. "
