"Pictures are completely false, they are from a sister property by the same owner This property is above a burger king, with a tony, dim lobby and uncaring staff. Elevators are dark and dirty Rooms are disgusting and smelly and towels and sheets ate so bad, no even worth touching Nothing about the propety description matches reality Expedia should really ban this propery from thier listings We paid upfront and the were shown these rooms We had to leave because we were afraid of catching...

"Awesome"

"Room is clean and tidy, housekeeping staff is very professional and always helpful. FOH staff is very professional. And buffet breakfast has lots of variety and also having live cooking counters, waiters are so helpful and generous for asking if we need any thing ( specially for kids meals). It's a nice and pleasant stay at property."

"The room was nearly as nice as the staff. Very attentive and friendly people. The breakfast was also lovely, but the highlight has to be the Sky Grill"

"The hotel has a lot of history. The rooms can be better maintained - but definitely great experience just because of the history it carries"

"Excellent location, views of both the Taj Mahal and “baby” Taj. Attentive and helpful staff, hailing taxis/Tuk tuks and negotiating prices in advance. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"スタッフが優しい！"

"Ray of Maya Hotel in Agra is a gem! The property is spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Receptionist Arsh was extremely courteous and helpful, answering all questions with respect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the room tariff offered great value. Best of all, the hotel is very close to major attractions like the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, making sightseeing effortless! "

"入口は分かりにくいです。 朝の9:00に到着して、すぐに部屋に案内してもらえました！ 「タージ・マハルが見える部屋を用意したよ〜」と、とても素晴らしい眺めで、同じ階のカフェからも真正面💕 なのですが、夜のカフェでは大音量で音楽をながすので、部屋に居てもうるさくて… 音に敏感な私には苦手でした。 気にしない人には、タージ・マハルの西門に3分ほど、周りにはショップもたくさんあるので、良いと思います。"

"everything as described "

"The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!"

"All excellent!"

"飯店老闆人很好，也很親切，有任何問題都願意幫忙，離車站很近，乾淨整潔。"

"We had booked our room on Expedia and paid in full and when we arrived at the property, they told us that they had never gotten paid from Expedia and that We would have to pay out-of-pocket for another room. I asked if they would honor the same price and they said yes, but the room that we had booked did not have air condition And we would have to pay double the price for a room with air condition. We originally booked a room with air condition as per Expedia website. So basically they are...

"Worst place ever to stay. Bed sheets are dirty and stained. Pillow covers, quilt were very dirty. Mini fridge looked like somebody puked in. Bathroom floors were despicable. Will never ever stay here again"

"I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of...
