"let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.....

"The staff were very helpful. Gave us some cookies and water upon arrival. No rooms are clean and neat. The bathroom is too small and has no handles to get in and out of the bathtub. The fan did not work so we needed to pop up in the door just to keep all the moisture out of the room. The bathroom is so cramped that the kleenex is behind the toilet back. The soap dish came off the wall in the shower as I was holding it to steady myself. It was made of concrete and held on with silicone and it hit...

We were on the second floor and someone below didnt like that we were walking in the room because they kept slamming something on the ceiling. "Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned."

"Avoid at all cost this place is NASTY! The photos listed here would seem like its a completely different place. The outside is rundown and not clean trash all over. I walked in and then thought ok may be this will be fine. But, as soon as you leave the main common area it either smells like cigarette smoke, weed smoke or dirty gross people. "When you enter the hotel there was a bad odor, the walls are miss matched paint touch ups, halls are long dark and right down CREEPY. We had a multi day booking and housekeeping did not touch our room the whole time we were there. We had to take our dirty towels to the front desk ourselves to get new towels. They even attempted to make us take our trash out ourselves. The lady at front desk was very nice but was unable to offer any resolutions. Breakfast was alright but nothing worth...
