Was extremely dissapointed in the service. Book multiple rooms for a lomg stay for a business group. Immediately after booking realized each room was booked for an extra day. Called within 10 minutes to get it corrected and neither hampton or expedia would fix it duebto it being booked through expedia. Will not use either company expedia did a poor job trying to fix it, and the hampton inn s customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee basically laughed about it and said it was our loss. Mind you the rooms were rented for 2 weeks later and the hotel was saying it was full would have been very easy to release the rooms and rebook them. Just very dissapointed with the lack of care for their customers. Also lots of construction going on dust everywhere in the halls and the room.
