"We stayed in the toucan suite. It was a beautiful site up on the hill, but the hike up there was a little tough. Stairs were not built for an easy climb. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were not enough of them. Our biggest disappointment was the food. The breakfast was great, but we had dinner before an excursion and it took forever to get our food. The salad was old and the rest of the food was just ok. Nothing special. "The rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is noisy with loud music playing until late at night and dogs barking. In the room adjacent to mine someone was having an argument for about 45 minutes. Yelling could be heard clearly in my room even with the door closed."
