"Lovely brand new hotel on a hillside overlooking the main center of Santa Elena. Beautiful clean rooms with clean water and bathrooms, new construction, 5 minute walk to town. The hosts are lovely and welcoming, providing advice to guests on all sorts of things. Communal breakfast in the morning is great too! Most of all, this property is run by a non-profit that supports children's education, so it's great to contribute to the cause by staying here."
"The owner was so friendly, and we booked him last minute because our other reservation fell through, and he was ready for us within 10 minutes. Not only did he accommodate us but had a 1st class breakfast in the morning with a beautiful breakfast nook overlooking the garden. It was amazing and thank you so much for having us."
"We loved our stay! Their breakfast was very delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view spectacular! Their on site restaurant was delicious just a little pricey. The staff was very helpful. Our only complaint was the many bugs that are able to come in the rooms and the fact that our garden view room had no AC. We were afraid to open the porch doors because of the many little creatures and there was no screen to keep them out. But it was beautiful!! "

Both were super friendly and went out of their way to be fun and welcoming! Room- very clean and all the things worked well! Breakfast buffet- Excellent! Other food was good...except the pizza. A bit undercooked. Stick with local cuisine. The area is very hilly- expect to walk up hills. Shopping is a bit a way from everything. Tours- a very limited...
