The whole stay was amazing !!! Food and accommodations were amazing. But the people were phenomenal especially Javier at the poolside service who went above and beyond everyday!!

Horrible room to access, the entrance to the room it’s was a whole corn maze;not even warm water to take a shower., the food was very repetitive like chilaquiles,fried beans eggs.

Best Western Plus Luna del Mar
No dishes glasses coffee cups. No tea coffee sugar etc even though google says there was. Frig wasnt working only yo find out wasnt plugged in. No wifi in unit or just outside. No face face clothes or hand towels. Staff were great
