"I liked that there was a washer/ dryer with laundry pods available to use. We enjoyed the pool/ pool toys and it wasn’t crowded. We enjoyed that there was just a short walk to the beach. I wish there was room service daily but there was no room service except if you stuck your dirty towels in a blue bag outside your room, they would bring fresh towels back in the blue bag. Also, the rooms are quite small for a family of 4 and there was no closet and not many areas to hang up wet swimsuits and towels. I did like that there were outdoor showers to rinse off."

"This was a family vacation with my children and my mother who is in her 80’s. The hotel gave us a ground floor room to make things easier for her. The waffles were good. The breakfast disappeared pretty quick, but the lady working in there made sure food was replenished. On our second night, the AC stopped working. When we spoke with the staff about it, there was someone in our room within minutes to get it back on. We utilized both the pool and the laundry room. My children loved the pool. I believe the deepest point was 5’. Laundry machines are operated by quarters. It was a nice stay and we would definitely think about staying here again if we come back to Jacksonville."

I stay here about every two weeks and in the last month they are really working to improve the cleanliness and the appearance of the facility.
