"I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. "We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "This stay was in between north and south goa. So it felt very quiet and safe. Although, a bit of travel to attractions. Loved the room, and quietness and cleanliness of the property. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was limited but delicious."
