We enjoyed the quiet area. The room lighting was very good - nice and bright. We liked the fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't like the fact that we only had hot water for 1 x day - Sunday (out of 5 x nights). Having hot water in your room is the minimum that you should expect. The water was only just about warm. Complained to the hostal with no joy. Although I believe that they did something to get us hot water on the Sunday. Lots of dust on top of the wardrobe (6 ft high) - my rucksack was covered when I got it down, to go home. Reception wasn't 'manned' at all during our stay, despite getting an e-mail stating that the reception would be manned from 10:00 until 17:00.

Ideal for a basic overnight in Marbella

Very nice but extremely small rooms. Ideal for an overnight stay in the heart of Marbella old town. Very reasonably priced out of season.

Really great little place. The rooms were spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Even when there was an issue with the sage the staff were eager to help and get it sorted. Ideal location and a great price

The review asked what I liked about Hostal Boutique Princesa. Other than it being in the town centre...nothing at all. No parking setup, public parking is almost as expensive as the room, which was a shoebox. No table/chair, just a bed and a cupboard. This stood just in front of the TV, so you can see half the screen. Clever. Sitting on the toilet only possible sideways or your legs are under the sink. If you arrive after 6 PM you must call a Spanish mobile. Then send a photo of your passport via WhatsApp, you get a code to get inside and after asking again, a code for the safe where your room key is. The best of all, it is a 3star hotel, but no hairdryer. When I asked for one via WhatsApp, I was told there in none. Questioning this, the person online said ok, she will provide one now. Well, after waiting 30 minutes, asking again, I was told to take one from the shelf in reception. So why was I told - there is none, then waiting downstairs for 30 minutes, then only after asking again, told where it was. Really really poor service, actually none at all. A sign is up saying they will not store your luggage after checkout. The pictures of the hostal on Expedia does not reflect the actual site, only some lights work in the room, and the lights in the upper staircase only come on after you slipped down the stairs. Spend a little more money and go to another hotel. This one is dreadful.

Centralt läge, fin uteplats. Rummet trångt och helt utan charm. Kök/kyl inte i anslutning till rummet utan nås via uteplatsen. Allmänt slitet och nedgånget. Sängen var okej och det var rent o städat.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel! plutôt un rbnb sans personne presente ou répondant aux appels téléphoniques, pour solutionner un problème . Douche et système de chauffage ne fonctionant pas, Du attendre l'arrivée du personnel de nettoyage des chambres pour demander des explications. Mais surtout des excuses sans solution et trop tard, nous partions. Surtout a ne pas recommander!

A fuir

Une seule nuit aura suffit. Nous avons loué deux chambres. A l'extérieur du logement, les balcons sont en mauvais état et à mon avis dangereux. Dedans c'est sombre mal entretenu et avec une odeur d'égoût. La douche était sale dans les rails, le dessus de lit douteux. Une cafetière sans dosette, et une cuisine dans la cour pour la seconde chambre. Le tout n'ayant pas fait l'objet d'un coup de peinture depuis sans doute 20 ans. A fuir.

Perfekt beliggenhed

Dejligt lille hotel som ligger midt i den gamle bydel. Det er gammelt og mangler noget mht. comfort. Vi havde værelset med den dejlige pationen, det var et plus. Men det er mørkt og køkkenet trænger en opgradering. Hyggelig værtspar og god service

Amazing staff and a super hotel in old town

A really nice hotel in the best area in the old part of Marbella. Amazing place with good rooms, nice service, super friendly staff and the best restaurants and bars just on the corner (you cant hear them in the hotel) Everything is close by and easy also to go to the beach. We look forward to come back

Tolle Lage, mit freundlichem Personal und gemütlichem Altstadtblick. Allerdings sind die Verstauungsmöglichkeiten zu gering und auch der Kühlschrank bringt nicht viel, da ohne Zimmerkarte bei Abwesenheit kein Strom fließt. Laut ist die Umgebung vor allem nachts, sodass der Schlaf eher mittelmäßig war und in allen Gängen des Hauses hat es sehr intensiv nach Schultoilette gestunken. Trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Shutters on the windows wouldn't go up Tv is barely hanging onto a wall bracket thanks to duct tape Plug sockets hanging off the wall. Ants everywhere Stains on the bedding The 'safe' wasnt attached to anything so anyone could easily walk away with it if they break in Holes in the wall. Over all cleanliness was disgusting. Definitely not as advertised. Place was unlivable so left the hotel to find somewhere else. Hotel refused to refund.
