"I highly recommend Stage 12 Hotel. This hotel is at the heart of the city center. With amazing views to the Alps mountains and with balcony to enjoy your afternoon. They are also close walking distance from the train station which makes it a delight. The service was amazing, accommodating and friendly. Love every minute of our stay."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. I prefer to spend a little more money for a better place."

"Location is great for this property and is fairly modern inside.. 17 mins walk to old town and shops right outside. Unfortunately, the listing was for a queen and double bed however we had double bed and single bed which was not enough room for us. Also, no air conditioning or working fans. The temperature in the room was over 43 degrees when we entered. The room was on the top floor. The main room also has low ceiling above the bed because it’s in an attic /loft type setup so watch your head !...

"Good location. Only a 15 minute walk away from the main train station and near a local supermarket. We arrived and struggled to put the ceiling fan on. We had been given a small fan which was no use in a heatwave at all. The only way I could contact the host was through email and their communication was not good. They eventually made me aware that the ceiling fan was broke. This should have been fixed prior to our check in. We then asked for another fan to help cool down the room as it was...
