"Lovely hotel. Good size rooms. Excellent location. Breakfast a bit pricey (€26) but the standard double room had kitchen facilities and there’s a supermarket five minutes walk away."

"Veldig fornøyd, kunne gjerne bodd her igjen. Positivt at matvarebutikk var nær. Det var veldig sentralt til kjøpesenter osv. Supert for oss med gangavstand til Botanisk hage. Hyggelig personale fra resepsjon til renholdspersonale."

"The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"

"Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Und eigentlich ist das Hotel wirklich stylisch aber es ist einfach Mega abgerockt. Die Wände im Bad und im Zimmer waren voller Flecken. Ich will echt nicht wissen was das alles war. Das Frühstück war leider auch garnicht besonders. Der Preis passt überhaupt nicht. Das Personal war total nett, die Bar richtig schön und das NENI echt klasse. Es gibt in Hamburg viele Hotels die deutlich besser sind für den Preis. Schade"

"Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage. Viele Attraktionen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Hauptbahnhof nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Eine U-Bahnstation befindet sich direkt vor Haustür. Das Zimmer war geräumig ausgestattet mit Föhn, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Kapselmaschine und einem kleinen Kühlschrank (ähnlich wie Minibar, nur umgefüllt). Der an der Wand befestigte Flachbildschirm hatte eine Größe von 55 Zoll. Alles zusammen ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit und kommen gerne wieder."

"Super nettes Personal und das Zimmer sah klasse aus. Aber es ist hellhörig. EXTREM hellhörig! Ich wurde um halb vier in der Nacht geweckt, weil in einem anderen Zimmer jemand geduscht hat. Es war so laut, als wenn ich direkt neben der Dusche liegen. Deswegen leider insgesamt nur drei Sterne - kommt für eine Wiederholung für mich nicht in Betracht, wenn ich morgens ausgeschlafen im Büro sitzen soll"

"ottima posizione per visitare la città. il check-in e check out fatto tramite postazione rende tutto più snello e flessibile. la stanza era spaziosa e ben arredata, completa di tutto il necessario. in 4 giorni di soggiorno però non è mai stata pulita, così come tolta l'immondizia. questo ultimo punto un po' negativo"
