"Our room was on the first floor across from the 24 hour laundry that's loud, with items clunking around in the dryer at all hours. Breakfast starts at 6a, with the waffle maker beeping every few minutes. We could clearly hear guests speaking in the hallway outside our door as clearly as if they were in our room. Not my idea of a good hotel experience, quite the opposite. I booked months in advance, checked in before 5p and was told this is the only available room! I find that hard to believe on...

"This hotel was great good location, clean, friendly staff. Then only bad thing is there was a really bad smell in the hall and in one of the rooms we rented. It smelled like sewer water. "

"construction is on going. new room was remodeled but bath and sink areas are not or not yet. 1 elevator was out of order and made it a bit of a wait sometimes to get to the upper floors. breakfast is ok but nothing to look forward to. parking is limited and fills up the lot after 6pm."

"The room was clean, simple and a great value for a place to stay when traveling across Texas. The room had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Coffee and hot water available 24 hours, continental breakfast is no longer offered. We felt it is a clean hotel that accepts pets for a small fee of $20.00 making it an even better value for a place to rest."

"The hotel was recently renovated. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for an overnight stay. Bathrooms could use updating but served their purpose. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot is well lit along with the hotel. Area is busy since it is close to the interstate and lots of commercial motor vehicles are in the area since there is a truck stop next to hotel."
