"Fire alarm went off at midnight, 3 AM, and 4:30 AM. Worst night of sleep ever. It’s terrifying especially for the kids to be woken up by that. There was no fire, front desk lady said “maybe someone was smoking in their room” On the plus side I accidentally left my car windows open all night and nobody messed with it. That would not have happened downtown"

"Pros- new shower, clean ish, bathroom renovations, proximity to shops and food, good fridge, new microwave, good TV Cons- dated furniture (scary when thinking of the bed), mirror not in bathroom (made it hard to shave), bright lights at night, huge gap under door, key lock entry, no coffee, no ice, over head light (no side lamps), no side tables"

"It was very satisfied with my visit checked in on 7/1-7/5 the stuff is very welcoming the environment is very clean I have no complaints very satisfied would recommend a 100 times to anyone there was only just one thing on our last day we couldn't get any towels other than that everything was very perfect from the breakfast buffet to the pool hot tub my suit was very comforting very clean all the workers and staffs helped when we needed and had any questions and never complained the building was...

"There were foot prints on the head board and hand marks all over the back of the bathroom door, suspect from adult activities that were not properly cleaned up.... super gross."

"Staff was beyond friendly and super accommodating. I will say though the location was under construction, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear them fixing and moving furniture very early upstairs. And the whole hotel looked like it was getting renovations. AC units are extremely loud. I think if the hotel offered discounts during this time it would get a better rating from me since the staff were very nice!"
