Bad: no elevator - had to carry our luggage up 3 flights, never saw desk staff, couldn't figure out how to get the dryer to start, no shampoo, small bars of soap, longer walk to places than we thought, TV had limited channels."

"The staff were fabulous, always so willing to assist…. including putting suncream on my back! Just steps from the beach, I could even hear the waves from my patio. It wasn’t a problem for me but there are no lifts only stairs to the rooms. The rooms were spotless. The pool was a good temperature and a great addition. It is on the small size but as I was always the only one in there, it was fine. "

"The apartment has no elevator. We stayed at 3rd floor and was hard to carry heavy luggage to it. The AC is not cool at all. I don't recommend the 3rd floor living especially during the hot summer due to AC inefficiency."

Unfortunately, the room we were initially assigned was very noisy. The walls were extremely thin—we could hear conversations from other guests, traffic from the road, and even a washing machine running at 2am right outside our door.
