"I loved the private bathroom and private deck that was directly off my room. My room also had a great A/C unit which was helpful since Anchorage was having a heat wave that week (in the high 70's!). The coffee was disappointing - perhaps it wasn’t fresh - but that was a minor issue. Overall, I had a decent experience. "Very close to walk to downtown area."

"We were awakened in the middle of the night by someone trying to get into our room. I contacted the front desk who blew me off saying to go back to sleep, clearly guest going to wrong room. This is understandable but what happened next wasn’t. A few minutes later the room phone rang, the front desk demanded to know why we were still occupying the room after having checked out (which we hadn’t). I explained that we were still here on the second night of a two night stay but the clerk said that...

"We booked a studio with kitchen. Checked in at night. Next morning, we found the kitchen sink was leaking. We called front desk immediately, and also told cleaning staff about the issue. But until we left, nobody come to fix it. Front desk staff excused that their repair person was not available."

"The beds and pillows were comfortable, but unfortunately, there was too much light getting in through the window. In Alaska the should curtains should be the blackout type with the amount of daylight they have."

"Th hotel needs a refresh. Many area were not well maintained. We had to walk from the train to the hotel with all our luggage because they only have one shuttle that services 2 hotels. We did have a shuttle on time to the airport."

"This place was terrible. Dirty we had two towels no washcloths no hand towels. And not a lot of anything else. We had a TV through the cracks your cable that went to nowhere so we got about four channels. Luckily I plugged my computer in with an HDMI cable and was able to watch some good shows off my computer. I would highly recommend you not stay here."
