"The owner who greeted us upon arrival was friendly, helpful and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. The supplied continental breakfast was more than adequate and more than we could eat. However, it appeared that the room that we were in, was not really laid out for eating a meal in. "The hotel is really lovely with gorgeous beach views but it is starting to show to wear. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head was falling apart, and the curtains were useless resulting in being woken up with the sunrise. Everything else was good. Happy I brought my earplugs as the construction work next door was loud Monday morning. "

"The property was lovely, great location if you have transport and don’t want be in the city and also super handy to the airport. Was very disappointed with the service after checking out and we had left an expensive item in the room. Took several days with phone calls, an email and several staff members to even action a look in the room or asking housekeeping. My item was not returned so therefore stolen/taken by either housekeeping or the next guests in the room. So disappointing! If actioned...

"Was perfect for what we needed, which was a room for a family of four overnight after a late arrival at Brisbane airport, and before heading north to Australia Zoo for the day. The room was very big with plenty of space for us to spread out and get organised for the next day. Bathroom had recently been renovated and was excellent. Only downside from our perspective was there wasn’t a convenience store within walking distance."
