"The apartment itself was lovely. The bed was very firm, but comfortable. The water was super hot. We liked the space and the kitchen. I struggled with a few things, though. There is a constant fragrance being sprayed in the lobby, which I was highly allergic to and had breathing reactions every day. The smell permits the entire building. The kitchen was not very well equipped. No plastic spatula for flipping hamburgers. No towels, paper towels, or washcloths for doing dishes. There were also no...

"Staff were great and accomodating. I was just disappointed that the pool is small. Kids and other adults were in the pool. I can't freely swim cos kids were everywhere. I wish they have a separate pool for kids. The sauna room was way too hot and nobody was there to call to help adjust the heat. Pool towels are limited. There was no bath tub in the junior suite they provided."
