"Le séjour a l’hôtel Falesia était sympathique. Le petit déjeuné était bien, bien copieux et varié et les horaires étaient vraiment pratique car celui ci finissait à 11h. Petits bémols lors de notre séjour: - 1 des deux ascenseurs ne fonctionnait pas - la propreté de la piscine extérieur - le bruit des femmes de ménage le matin surtout pour les grands dormeurs. La chambre était grande et agréable."

"Good stay, hotel is super clean and on the whole helpful staff. Breakfast room is so nice with the sea view. In this visit a problem with our shower cubicle which was only resolved by us moving rooms the following day & hopefully it will get fixed before anyone else gets allocated that room as it a hazard. Giving extra towels to mop up isn’t the answer. Given vouchers for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience but then was told by the bar tender only one could be used per transaction....

"The kitchen was pretty well equipped although it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. The rooms were kept very clean by the chambermaids and we have nothing but great things to say about the wonderful fellows that manned the front desk. The area of Olhos de Aqua is a very quaint part of Albufeira which we absolutely loved. We felt very safe here and loved all the little restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again. Our thanks to all the staff!"

"We love this hotel! The food selection is relatively small for all inclusive, but had good variety and we could rely on the basics for kids. The staff are great and the room is cleaned very well every day. The heated pool is a bit chilly at the end of March, but we knew that may be the case. Our boys, 5 and 7, used to enjoy going to kids club - pyjama night, movie night, crafts. The beach, which was a 15 minute walk away (there may be buses at another time,) is stunning. We’d go again."

"We stayed at Alfagar Alto da Colina for my son’s birthday and really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a superior room on the 4th floor with a partial sea view. The apartment was very spacious, clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice, although tables were not always cleared quickly. One of the best things about the resort is that you can easily walk to the sister hotels and use their facilities too. We walked down to the beach one day which...

"Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, nous avions une belle vue sur la mer depuis notre chambre. Nous avons été déçu du fait qu’il n’y avait pas possibilité de se connecter à la télévison depuis le téléphone (pas d’accès à YouTube ou autres applications ), et la télévision marchait une fois sur deux malgré intervention d’un technicien. La luminosité était assez faible le soir dans la chambre. L’espace piscine assez petit pour un aussi grand hôtel, c’est dommage. Du coup nous n’avons pas pu en profiter."

"The hotel was beautiful, contemporary in style with a fabulous rooftop infinity pool with fabulous views. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bedroom was a decent size, with nice vanity area and full length mirror, tea/coffee making facilities and comfortable bed/pillows. Super continental breakfast. I was a solo traveler but felt very relaxed and safe staying at the hotel. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, especially the reception team."

"Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. We also didn’t have any washing up soap or detergent for washing machine which we had last time, but perhaps amenities have changed. Really nice resort and staff, we would...
