"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"We recently stayed at the Westin Kierland Villas for 3 nights. They have 2 lovely pools, and are a quick 10 minute walk to the Weston Kierland Resort, where you have full privileges of pool and dining. They have golf carts to drive you to the beautiful Kierland Commons shopping area where you find many shops and restaurants. Although it was just my husband and I, it is a fantastic place for families- lots of daily activities for all"

"We absolutely loved staying here. We did get a great deal. Only thing we didn’t care for was that the pull out couch was dirty/had lots of crumbs. We chose not to use it due to this. The resort was super fun and the staff were nothing short of amazing though. It was comfortable, quiet, and we will return for sure. "

"Never went to the room never showed up for the room because we couldn't get the reservation squared away prior to arriving they wouldn't approve a credit card that had no problems became very frustrated and just canceled it so why are you asking how to say was when we cancel that they never went did you charge our card if so please let us know and send the photo"

"We were unaware before we arrived but it is made of stacked shipping containers. The units are beautifully decorated and very clean. The linens and beds, including the pull out couch were EXCELLENT! The inside left nothing to be desired. But there is no lobby and no staff on the premises. It is more of an airb&b than a hotel. Communication and check in was by text but they did check up often. Unique experience but overall a good one. Just a little surprising from what we were expecting. "

"The pool was great, nice and refreshing. The room was nice and smelled fresh. However the hallway from the elevator to the room reeked the weed the entire stay. Otherwise we had no complaints. Would definitely stay again. "
