I stayed with one other person for a four-night work trip and it was a great alternative to a hotel - bed and sofa were comfortable, toiletries were nice and everything was well provisioned to make your stay comfortable (the kitchen has basic implements and there's in-unit washer dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in Phoenix for a work trip. "

"Like staying in a one bedroom apartment. I even had my own 1 car garage! Bed very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Only downsides were no breakfast available and had to pay for Wi-Fi. Located in a semi-secluded area and very very quiet rooms."
