The staff were all very friendly but they started cleaning the property around 9a every morning and the noise would easily come through the front door and balcony door. The pool lounge chairs were mostly falling apart."

"The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places."
