"We stayed in room 404. Everything appeared to be super clean. I spent a lot of time in the room because I caught a cold during my trip, and it was not as clean as I thought. Since I was sick I decided to get a little work done at the desk. from that angle with the light reflecting in the glass of the artwork above the coach in the living area had a huge crusted splatter of idk what. Honestly pretty disgusting and made me question how clean the rooms actually are… there were also the tiniest ants I ever seen occasionally crawling on the desk in the wet bar area.
The hotel was really nice overall. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. But honestly the splatter on the glass of the artwork gave me the ick. Like groooooossssssss."
"I had a good experience. The bed was excellent! I had hoped to sit outside by the pool but it had been drained completely and was rather ugly. Some furniture in the room had burn marks but in general the hotel felt safe and clean. I would return!"
"Definitely a convenient location to Truist Park, which we were aiming for so that we could walk to the game & avoid parking fees. When I got there, which was around 5:30pm, well after check-in time, they had no open/available rooms in non-smoking, which is what I had reserved well in advance. They could only offer me a room in smoking. I had to take it because I needed a room in that area & it was already time to get ready & head out to the game. Room did not smell pleasant at all & I could smell smoke from the smokers in the room next door. However, luckily, we were only there to sleep for the night after the game & headed out early the next morning. The staff were very pleasant & overall, not too bad."
"The sidewalks outside had an stale odor. It was so stink in the elevator that it was had to breathe while inside. The door to my room wasn't stable, could see light shining in around its frame. The floor inside of the room displayed blue tape around the tiles. The air conditioner constantly shut off regardless of the settings. Wasn't allowed to sit inside of the lobby after my stay, while I waited for my taxi."
