"I enjoyed my stay at the British Hotel. Upon arriving, my washroom wasn't the cleanest. Urine was stained on the toilet seat and a clear plastic wrapper was left behind the toilet. I had lysol wipes with me and cleaned the toilet seat myself. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. I got used to it after a few days. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room could use an extra garbage can. There was only a recycling container in the room and a small garbage in the washroom....

"I DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR THOSE WHO GO WITH CHILDREN. The place is very beautiful, the staff are great, the cleanliness very good, but here on all sites, they inform that the hotel has a pool, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A POOL. The property has a SPA that charges $49 extra to use and DOES NOT ACCEPT CHILDREN. I booked 3 nights but I only used two, and I only used these nights because it was my niece's wedding. I was extremely disappointed with the hotel. I DON'T RECOMMEND."

"Easy to get to, clean, and comfortable"

"The hotel was freezing cold. I was already catching a cold when I arrived, and when I got to my room at was 64 degrees (17 degrees celcius). There was no way to turn it lower. Maintenance came to the room and apologized that during the daytime in the summer the A/C won't turn off. They had to bring us a space heater for our room before I caught pneumonia."

"Hotel is convenient with the added living room/kitchen area. My duvet smelled gross which meant it was not changed from the last person. Breakfast is ok, but the hot food was bland/tasteless/lacking salt. Also got a bagel with mold. The pool area was nice and warm on a chilly day, but the chlorine in the pool is overwhelming. I could not swim because of the scent so I sat in a chair, and still managed to get a headache from the scent. Also, my kids swim clothes were discolored after swimming,...

"No soundproofing, at all. We were beside the ice machine that made a terrible racket. We could here our neighboor very clearly. Also, a young baseball team was staying the night. The boys were runnong and screaming in the halls from 9pm to 11h30 pm. Tried to get the front desk to do something, with no success. Will never stay there again."
