"The room we stayed in was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable it was a great nights sleep. The staff was friendly and paid the $9 extra for the breakfast at The Rock restaurant it was delicious. We will definitely stay there again. "

"The hot tub and pool were amazing. At first the color of the pool water made us nervous, but it didn’t seem dirty. It’s just a very different shade of blue. I don’t think the wheelchair accessible seats for the pool/hot tub work unfortunately, unless we just couldn’t figure them out which is possible. Breakfast could have a little more variety but it was good! I love that the staff popped in and cleaned our room while we were out. Everyone was kind, super easy check in, only $25 deposit."

"I paid for our room over a month ago. I paid for a non smoking king bed and walkin shower no tub. When we checked in they tell chuck they changed our room. He was like ok. We opened the room and we had double bed they look to be full sized beds, and a bathtub. I csnt stand up in the shower to take a bath so i needed the roll in shower cause it had a bench to set on...The toilet won't flush. And not even 5 minutes in the room and a roach runs out from underneath the closet door. There was no...

"Ceiling in room was bad looking. The ceiling in the bathroom had a small hole. They definitely need to fix the ceiling. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Bathtub was dirty looking. I’m sure it was stains but still gross. It’s an ok place to stay. I stayed with my kids but I prefer cleaner conditions."

"We had a family emergency and booked quickly and close to hospital. Everything was great. Clean rooms and quiet. We came and went at all hours and parking was great and available close to our entrance. Well chair equipped and staff kept us in clean towels. Renovation was in progress but wasn’t a hindrance of service and noise wasn’t a problem. Thanks for the warm breakfast"
