"Everything about the experience was first class, from the moment you are greated at the door, to fresh tea in the lobby and a warm welcome by Yesser, the hotel concierge. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel restaurant on the rooftop if wonderful. The staff is professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel while staying in Casablanca."

"Great staff"

"Staff was great. Clean and very comfortable"

"Vary nice place to stay"

"It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff."

"Unfortunately, this property did not meet my expectations of a five-star hotel. The downtown location is convenient, but the noise may be an issue if you prefer a quieter stay. The property felt dated, and the staff rarely smiled or made us feel welcome. The service also lacked the professionalism and experience I would expect from a five-star hotel. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. Although the selection was limited, the pastries and hot dishes were delicious. The private tour guide...

"Pros: staff is great; breakfast has a lot of choices of breads, cold cuts, as well as fried eggs; location is excellent; needs are good; rooms are quiet. Cons: must ask for a hair dryer; no ice available anywhere in the hotel."

"Clean room, great and friendly staff, well located, comfortable bed and bathrooms, slept very well.... Stayed 2 nights octobre 25th and 26th 2026...."
