"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close...

"Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating. The front staff spoke a little English and enough to get us checked in and feel comfortable. Most staff spoke only Italian or Spanish, but that is understandable.
It felt like a resort such that we were in the middle of coutry-side a d close to the beach within 10 miles. They had a HUGE pool and attendants making sure the site was clean, maintained, and secure.
Very happy about their breakfast options and dinner selections. We did mostly eat out...

"Siamo stati solo una notte e abbiamo utilizzato poco i servizi. La camera però era piccola e il bagno molto molto stretto. Lo scarico della doccia era otturato.
Cosa peggiore: la colazione a buffet. E' tutto troppo esposto, ci sono quasi solo prodotti industriali e da bere c'è solo caffè con latte in polvere dalle macchinette oppure una specie di succo, sempre dalle macchinette. Belle e curate invece le aree verdi."

"Eine große, in die Jahre gekommene, Anlage. Alles etwas veraltet und abgerockt. Zimmer war sauber, Bad mit altersbedingten Mängeln, wie z.B. die Wasserhähne.
Für eine Nacht war‘s okay. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und Frühstück war auch ganz passabel."

"Immersa nel verde, non abbiamo sofferto caldo mai. La cosa migliore della struttura è lo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile.
