"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close...

"Siamo arrivati a notte tarda e abbiamo trovato un receptionist gentilissimo ad accoglierci, il check-in è durato pochi minuti e siamo stati subito accompagnati in camera, pulita, spaziosa, recentemente rinnovata e con un bel terrazzino. Avevamo avvisato che saremmo arrivati dopo la chiusura del ristorante e la cucina ha preparato per noi una cena fredda ottima e varia che ci aspettava in camera. Hotel molto grande e spazioso, con una splendida spiaggia privata e servizio ombrelloni incluso. Il resort offre ben tre piscine, campi da tennis, tavoli da ping pong e biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti. La colazione è immensa, ricchissima e compresa nel prezzo — davvero perfetta per iniziare la giornata.
Il personale del ricevimento è super gentile ed estremamente educato, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

"Excellent stay here. The junior studio suite was spacious with a lovely balcony. The room was very clean, fresh towels and cleaning daily. The rooftop pool was amazing and the daily breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only small comment would be in the studio there was a kitchen however limited utensils available to actually cook.
We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again for a relaxing stay in Cecina!"
