"The staff was exceptionally kind! And they allowed us to leave our bags with them after we checked out. The only thing to be aware of is like almost everything else on Capri it is on a narrow road without a sidewalk Our room had a spectacular view of the Marina Grande!!! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"All staffs are very kind and friendly while our room has a superb sea view with nice balcony. Furthermore the hotel uses What’s up as a communication tool with guests, which was incredibly convenient as the hotel always sent us very kind and thoughtful reply to our questions/requests. Probably best hotel ever I stayed until now. Very recommendable!"

"Hotel was old and tired and rooms are badly in need of updating. The rooms were supposed to be superior ones but the layout was very different from the images on the website so I don't think they were. Also there is a glass wall to the bathroom so if you get up to use it in the night you disturb anyone else in the room with the light. The restaurant food was not great. There were also some unexpected charges at the end of the stay that were not mentioned on check in. The pool and beach...
