"We requested a handicap room and due to my husband has one leg, they didn't have the right bars on the wall by the toilet, it was a bathtub with an oversized chair that hung over the side of the tub so there was no way to get the shower curtain in the tub to shower without water going all over the floor. He ended up falling before we even took shower because the floor was slippery. The king size bed was hard as a rock, it was like sleeping on a counter. I asked for more pillows and the unfriendly woman at the front for evening shift was not helpful, she said that they do not have extra pillows. The charging plugs on the lamps did not work, we didn't notice that until morning when my husbands insulin pump was almost dead. The vending machine was way overpriced, they charged us for incidentals and we did get that back but there was not any snacks or drinks available. I looked high and low for a trash can in our room and all they had was a tiny blue bin just to recycle cans. I will say that the gentleman that was there when we checked in and out was very nice and helpful. He was there with another friendly woman who we spoke to about everything when we left and they were very sweet. "
"Spacious room, tastefully decorated, with great amenities and kitchenette- made me forget I was in a motel. Staff helpful and pleasant - Payton made me a wonderful espresso and helped me find what I needed for breakfast."
"It was a good day overall. Withdraw out of state state there as we were coming through the room was clean. On the way home we stayed again and it was very obvious. The carpet had not been vacuum so it made you wonder about other things being wiped down. We have a toddler so it’s very important to us to make sure the carpet is clean. It would be nice to offer rooms that do not have carpet. Staff was friendly."
