"I was disappointed with this hotel. The pet fee was ridiculous, especially considering the condition of the property and that it's only a 2-star hotel. The room we were assigned had stained comforters, an outdated TV that appeared to be at least 10 years old with poor picture quality, and a broken fire detector.
The pool area was in rough shape, with junk scattered throughout and no signs of recent updates or maintenance. The sauna was also broken and out of service during our entire stay.
Most concerning was the lack of security. The side exterior door that was supposed to require a key card for entry remained unlocked all weekend, creating a serious safety concern for guests.
Overall, the condition of the hotel did not justify the rates or fees charged."
"I booked the room on Expedia and the hotel would not honor the price on the website they charged me a 25% increase on the room. The room was on the second floor but not elevator we had to take the stairs and the hallway was so hot and stuffy when we got to the room it didn’t look like they cleaned it in awhile there was hair on the bathroom floor not to mention dust everywhere."
"Bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was no Kleenex and only three pillows for a king size bed and two adults. The couch was is poor condition and the towel rack in the bathroom was loose. The bath towels were more like the size of two hand towels sewn together.
The staff was friendly and quick at the check-in desk. "
