"Shower drain was partially clogged. Stood in dirty water as I showered. Had to ask for toilet paper as when I checked in there was 4 sheets left on roll and no replacement roll."

"There was no microwave in the room, so I had to use the one in the breakfast bar area. WiFi was extremely weak from my room; it might be better if one's room were closer to the front office. The breakfast bar did not offer much by way of protein options. The manager was very helpful when I made book errors."

"Good enough room, though not perfect but has a comfortable bed. Heating and air unit was brand new and worked exactly like it should, though the auto fan was a bit noisy when trying to watch tv, but that is too be expected. The shower took a long time to heat, so i had a cold shower, but the sink water was just fine, which seemed strange. Overall, well worth the money and with a convenience store right across the street within walking distance for small items or other needs it was a great location. "

"Rooms were not vacuumed, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom, (not just a stran either) and the "breakfast area" was not clean. The coffee creamer stuck to the counters like they hadn't been wiped down in weeks, same with the sink next to the coffee. The staff was fine. I travel often and the price was a little high for the area and what you "got" but no big deal, I just expected it to be clean."

"The toilet was just used with remains left in it as well as a dirty towel on the bathroom counter. The bed comforter was covered in stains as well. I was also double charged for my room without given any information from the front desk employee who did not understand English well. "
